Going solely by memory, I created what I think is a very basic version of an HDR (high dynamic range) image. I took four different exposures of the same shot and then used Photomerge in PSE 8 (File>New>Photomerge Exposure). I’m intrigued by HDR images and cannot wait to get a tripod so I can get some better results!

So beautiful sky!
ReplyDeletePretty sky and shot.
ReplyDeleteHey I recognize those skies! I live in South Carolina too. :) Maybe we are neighbors!
ReplyDeleteGREAT! Shots by the way!
PS ~ joining your South Carolina site! Have a great week! :)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! Love the vibrant colors in the sky!
ReplyDeleteThese are so gorgeous. Love the second one.
ReplyDeleteI love sky shots, both of these are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteThis came out great! I really want to master HDR too, I've seen SUCH cool effects with it! But haven't really had a chance to seriously work on it. I love your final shot, you got some great color! Thanks for linking up :)
ReplyDeleteI really LOVE that second shot (like both, but LOVE the 2nd) I'm not very knowledgeable about different kinds of shots but I soooo want to be. I got myself a really awesome camera last year and really don't even know how to use it past basic functions lol. I'm on a mission to learn though.
ReplyDeleteBoth are lovely in their own way. I guess my favorite would depend on my mood at any given time. Nice work!
ReplyDelete=)
so very lovely
ReplyDeleteSo pretty- I happen to love HDR & try to process at least one photo a week that way.
ReplyDeleteI love how the sun reflects on the clouds of the second picture!!
