Hello week of beautiful holiday desserts…ok fine. I’m just dreaming about that, not actually doing that.
I can’t get these super-easy chocolate chip blondies out of my mind.
1/2 C butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 C chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 pan with butter spray. Mix the brown sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Mix the wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread gooey goodness in the pan, that is, if you have any left after sampling the batter.
