Three-Ingredient Italian Crock Pot Beef

Let me tell you about the yummiest crock pot beef I've ever had in my life! My mom has made this before and we all just love it. I'm not a big meat eater, but this just knocks my socks off! Try it once and I know you'll be hooked!

1 packet Italian dressing
1 bottle/can beer (Any kind will do! We're not big drinkers so we still had some left over from Christmas when family came!)
1 jar pepperoncinis with juice
 2-3 pound rump roast

Mix the dressing packet, beer, and jar of pepperoncinis. My mom leaves the pepperoncinis whole, I just use the juice and about five sliced up. Either is fine. Place the roast in the crockpot and pour the mix over it. Set your crockpot on low for about 8 hours. The meat will start to pull apart. Separate beef with two forks. Serve on a bun or just as is. It's delicious!
