Project Pinterest: Frozen Yogurt Drops

I was so happy to see this blog post from One Good Thing about these tasty little treats so I pinned it right away! They are easy to make and that's enough reason for me to try them out!

I first lined a plate with wax paper and put a sandwich baggie in a glass. I spooned a small container of Activia blueberry yogurt into the baggie and cut off the tip. Then I squeezed little dots of yogurt on the wax paper. Watch out for those little blueberries though! They get stuck and then will basically explode out when they're ready to pop through. That's the reason why they're not all the same size. Then I put them in the freezer for a few hours while I was at the boys' football practice. When we got home I popped them right off the wax paper and into a little ramekin and enjoyed my little 70 calorie snack. These will definitely be in my usual repertoire of snacks!

  3. I saw this on Pinterest, and wondered if it was really this easy... if they really freeze up. Glad you had a success. I think I'll give this a try!

  4. I am glad that I am not the only one who tries Pinterest ideas, and they come out looking less than professional. :) Those do look yummy!
